After 22 years working across Ireland, the UK, and internationally — including Michelin-starred kitchens in Edinburgh, Copenhagen, Melbourne, and the Lake District —  I fell in Love with  County Kerry  and opened  Kingdom 1795 in the beautiful town of Killorglin , We went on to be  awarded Best Restaurant in Kerry for four consecutive years and best Restaurant in Munster 2023 while  also featuring in the Michelin Guide .

505  is my First independent restaurant — a small 18 seat  seafood-led restaurant focused on exceptional local produce, honest cooking &some beautiful wines.
