In the now famous words of Tim Moynihan (circa Kerry V Armagh, July 2025), we're back baby!
Lured by the tides of West Kerry, we now find ourselves blown into Dingle, swept into the arms of a fishing community and people that are as excited about seafood as we are.
505 is essentially about returning to the things we love. Chasing the sparkle that starts on the tips of a wave and travels through the hooks, the nets and onto the plates of those who cast them. It's about trying to capture that feeling in a room full of happy people, eating happy food.
Friends.
Family.
Time well spent.
Balance.
Loinnir.
Everything about this new space is an extension of us, and the people and things we love. A coat rack hung by a beloved father. A good ol' mass card from a thoughtful mother. Beautiful plates from gifted local potter Sinéad (Sink Studios, Milltown). Art that sang to us from the stunning collections of Robert and Lucy Carter (Grilse Gallery, Killorglin). And an ever-so-slighlty-too-loud playlist of songs we love (and disagree on!).
Because the reality is, this is our home - and we can't wait to welcome you.
She still talks. He still cooks. And we really hope to see you soon.

*P.S. if you are a local grower or supplier, have a great product or even if you just have a few extra berries in your garden, do get in touch, it's all magic.
Likewise if you have a keen interest in hospitality, front or back of house, do let us know. Were always keen to meet passionate people and will hopefully be growing our team to meet demand.
